Nice location just a few blocks from Cascade and Opera House. Safe location. Our room was on the 10th floor and it was quiet from traffic noise but on the weekends you can hear music until 11pm from the club on the top floor. Bed was firm but comfortable. Slippers provided. Free bottles of water daily. Good WiFi. Breakfast was very good with good variety.

I don’t like the property because it was the electricity issue bathroom light was flashing all the time and I asked to change the room. Unfortunately the stuff was I’m sorry I asked they didn’t fixed it. I was complaining every day and they finally changed our room from 308 to 208 and it was the same issue. And next day they again changed the room now to 315 and there it was even worst- all the lights in the room were flashing plus it was water clutter in the bathroom. I just stopped complaining and regretted that I choose this hotel. Plus breakfast all the time is the same thing never changed during my 6 nights stay.

Wonderful staff specially Mary and Merri at the front desk which were very helpful. Rooms were large and quiet. Very ideal location near many restaurants and parks. Breakfast was good and I wish they had real butter. Option of several fruits was very nice. The staff at breakfast worked very hard to provide a good experience. Very nice place to stay.
