“Checking in was an issue. I did not receive an email telling me the rental number or the code to unlock the key. We had to get people upstairs to call for us as our phones did not work. This took 2 hours. Then we left to go to the store and could not get back in as the door handle lock did not work. Had to wait another 2 hours outside for someone to come break the door handle off to get us in. Locksmith was there by 9 am to replace. “This property is great for work or extended stay trips. 2 bedroom "apartment" with living area & kitchen. Property manager, Jack, is the best - I wish each property I stayed at had someone as efficient & responsive as Jack. “Duplex property - beautiful 2 bedroom duplex with kitchen & 1 bath - newly re-furbished with entry gate. This is a more "neighborhood" based property away from the "tourist" attractions.
