"Part of the national park (heavens gate) is very close (10 mins in car) other parts are further away but that would be the same for any hotel you stay in, the park is vast and has 5 gates so you would choose a gate then a hotel close to that gate. The staff here are amazing (10 star) so friendly and helpful and communication is not a problem, the hotel is simplistic and a little remote but all we needed was somewhere to sleep as there is too much to see and do, if you want to eat at the end of the day the food is 10 star I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone."

"Great place for the value. Staff and owners are so nice! They do pick up from airport or train station too at any time. They are available anytime to answer any questions. I was out all day exploring so it was a perfect place to just come home and sleep. Very nice people . There’s a 24 hour shop just around the corner if need snacks or water ."
