“First I booked for two queen size beds we got doubles. There was no remote. We called and they didn’t bring one up. Saturday night we called again and they finally brought one up. The rooms were clean and nice. Just wanted what I paid for.”

“My husband and I arrived early and were able to check in with no problem. The options for parking were clearly explained. We chose the municipal garage, as it is directly across the street. The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. All staff, and especially Terry at the bar, were fabulous. Checkout was easy. We feel that the price for the location and service is a good value. We will return to this hotel when we stay in Portsmouth.”
