“Nice spot on the lake, close to the shore as well. Camp is located well in from the roads so no concerns with traffic while staying there with our dog. Great screened porch. Although we didn’t get an opportunity to use them as the weather was cool it was nice to have kayaks and PFDs available if you were so inclined. Easy drive to explore the coast from the cabin. Lovely walks/small hikes nearby. Also close to shopping and Shain’s which was great!”

“This our second year at Cape Guinevere, and once again we had a wonderful stay. The house is cozy and well equipped, and really just perfect for our family to gather for meals, walks around Lancelot Shores, and of course for fires around the fire pit. It is close to Rochester and stores but we felt like we had our own private getaway in the woods. We’d go back again in a heartbeat!”

“The cottage was very clean. We stayed here while visiting family in Durham so the location was convenient. The guest book had great instructions as well as places to visit. We took our grandson to the Seacoast Science Center and we all enjoyed it very much. We would definitely stay here again.”

Our hot cocoa welcome gift was a nice surprise on the chilly Thanksgiving weekend! We enjoyed that in front of the cozy gas fireplace. Highly recommended.”

“I truly enjoyed my stay here. The house is clean, bright and full of amenities (they even have a record player and lots of records). Check in and check out was simple. The whole setup is open and inviting. Even though there were neighbors on both sides, it was secluded enough for us to enjoy some rest and relaxation. We were able to see the lake from the front window, which was really nice. The owner was very kind and accommodating, and his responses to any questions I had were fast. Overall,...
