I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt taken care of. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the amenities were thoughtful, and everything I needed was easily available. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to relax and unwind. The location was perfect, making it convenient to explore the area while still offering a quiet and comfortable retreat at the end of the day. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a memorable stay. I will definitely be returning!

Everything was great except the first day. They put us first in a smoking room where I couldn’t breathe and then to the room that was very cold and noisy on the second floor.

We have been staying at the Palazzo Versace Dubai for the past 14 nights, and due to unexpected flight cancellations, we’ve extended our stay for several more nights, and honestly, that says everything about how exceptional this hotel is. The location is excellent, conveniently situated along Dubai Creek, with easy access to major attractions, while still offering a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. From the moment you enter, the cleanliness and attention to detail are immediately noticeable. Everything is spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly reflects the luxury standard the hotel represents. What makes this place truly special is the outstanding customer service. Every member of the team has been warm, professional, and genuinely caring. A very special thank you to Katrina and Rabab, who have been incredibly kind, sweet, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel not just like guests, but truly welcomed and cared for. Housekeeping has also been exceptional. The room is serviced twice daily, with the sheets perfectly arranged, fresh spring water provided, and every detail thoughtfully taken care of. It’s clear they take great pride in their work. This has been a wonderful experience during a stressful travel situation, and the Palazzo Versace team made it comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, and I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here. It's a beautiful hotel, with breathtaking views, not to mention it's connected to the mall. All the staff were welcoming and very polite. We would definitely stay here again.
