Βρίσκεται στο χωριό Άγιος Λέων, στην παρθένα δυτική ακτή της Ζακύνθου, 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τις διάσημες παραλίες του Πόρτο Ρόξα και του Πόρτο Λιμνιώνα. Ιδανικό για 2-6 άτομα, οικογένειες, ζευγάρια, φίλους, προσφέρει μια μοναδική εμπειρία μίξης με τους ντόπιους καθώς περπατάτε στα στενά δρομάκια του χωριού όπου βρίσκονται όλες οι παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες και καφετέριες. Είναι ένα σπίτι στον πρώτο όροφο, πλήρως επιπλωμένο, με ένα κλιματιζόμενο κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και δύο υπνοδωμάτια με ένα μονό κρεβάτι.
