This complex of three luxury suites - villas is the latest addition in "Dolce" collection.

Dolce Luxury Suites were designed and built with care in every detail to meet the highest standards of comfort and beauty thus providing their guests an unforgettable holiday experience. Positioned just 50 meters away from a small and peaceful sandy beach called Psarou on the north coast of Zante, they can become the perfect location for your vacation either you are searching for a romantic honeymoon destination, a holiday home to explore the island or a family holiday resort.

General Information:

Each one of the "Dolce Luxury Suites" covers a 135 m² surface of living space and an outdoor terrace of 70 m2 with a private swimming pool. Each has 3 spacious double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, 3 balconies with amazing sea views, a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Each suite has a sofa bed comfortable enough to sleep the 7th person.

Local Area:

The suites - villas are almost surrounded by olive groves just 50 meters away from a sandy beach of the Ionian Sea with crystal clear waters. Within walking distance you will be delighted to find a selection of taverns serving traditional and Mediterranean recipes. In the local area and within short distance 2-3 km there are many more beautiful sandy beaches like Alykes and Alykanas. Furthermore the villas could be the ideal base for short trips around Zakynthos Island especially to the North coast where the world famous Shipwreck beach is.

Traditional villages, Greek orthodox churches, museums, nightlife as well as water sports can also be found in the local area as well as across Zante Island, providing many alternatives to choose from, in order to experience the holidays you wish for.

Fantastic place in Zante

What an amazingly beautiful villa! It is perfection. Our Host, Dionysius was extremely pleasant to work with and very informative about the island and beaches. He even came out to the ferry as we were leaving to say Goodbye and give us some pastries. The housecleaning woman Sissy was very nice, helpful and efficient. There are restaurants within walking distance and a small beach. I can truly say I did not want to leave!

We had a lovely stay at Dolce Luxury Suites in August 2023. Our host Dionysios was great and really helpful. Property was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. Good rooms and luxury comfy beds. The pool was a good size and nice and refreshing in the hot climate. Beach a 5 min walk away with good tavernas/restaurants nearby plenty in walking distance of 5-10 mins. Would love to go back.

What a gem!!!
Thank you so very much Dionysios for such an incredible stay!! We were blown away by how attentive you were! He came and picked up all of our luggage for us at the airport since we arrived at 10:00pm (7 of us) with two small cars! He came every morning to bring us a little local treat and if we were around he would chat with us if we weren’t he would just leave the treat for us! Sissy the lady who takes care of cleaning the units and laundry was absolutely wonderful as well! She lives below so she was always there if we needed anything!! I could not recommend this place more!!! Also I am a clean freak and he takes such great care of these units they were SPOTLESS!!! So up to date and modern too!! The island is just absolutely breathtaking and amazing as well! We will be back!! Thank you Dionysios!!!

Shining star property.
Staying at this property couldn't have been more relaxing. In fact, we gave up a morning and early afternoon in town to just stay there and read by the pool and swim, play soft music and nap. Impeccable cleanliness and a gorgeous home. Open air environments everywhere to sit and relax. Human interactions are becoming more and more rare these days. The owners/slash managers actually met us and took us directly there and then oriented us to the property and local area, which was a valuable service and took a lot of stress and time out of locating the property on your own and made it easier to just start your vacation. It is not located in the middle of the town action, which is just what I was looking for, yet it was not difficult to get to the "action" when I wanted it. I stayed at five properties during my two-week tour and this one gets the Diamond award.

Fantastic villa in a beautiful location
The villa and location was everything we had wanted and more. We had an amazing time both in the villa (which was always clean thanks to Sissy) and away. There are a number of tavernas within 5-15 minutes walking distance and a small shop which stocks essentials (having a car also helped get to even more great places - our favourite restaurant was Porto Roulis). The small local beach is literally at the end of the road and the sea was crystal clear, calm and perfect for paddling and swimming. During our stay we booked a boat trip from the local harbour (less than minutes drive) which took us around the Blue Caves. Dionysios was a great host (even bringing us fresh pastries and various treats during our stay) and we can’t thank him enough. We would highly recommend to anybody staying here.

Family summer holiday 2022
We have just returned from two fantastic weeks at the Dolce Luxury Suites. Dionysios and his wife kindly met us at the airport and took us to the villas. This was great as it meant we didn’t have to worry about finding the villa. He then showed us into the villa and provided a map of the island and also the local area with restaurants etc. We had a car hire firm deliver and collect a car from the villa. There are tavernas and a beach nearby but we wanted to explore the island. It was a great base for our trips to Zante town and Port Nicholas. The villa was kept spotlessly clean by Sisi who was in every morning and always smiling. The villa was just as it appeared on the website and Dionysios was already available to answer any questions and popped round to regularly clean the pool. A great villa to explore Zante and lovely hosts.

The host Dionysios was very hospitable, explained what to do on the whole Island and made us feel like we were at home away from home. The location is perfect for a relaxing holiday in the sun. A perfect holiday
If you choose to stay at one of the three apartments that make up this property, you are in for a real treat. Everything about this place is beautifully and thoughtfully designed, well cared for and extremely comfortable, with lots of little touches that are usually only found in luxury hotels. The host (Dionysius) is an absolute gem who obviously takes great pride in looking after his guests really well. The housekeeper, Sissy, ensures everything is immaculately clean. I’m really struggling to find anything that was negative about our stay! The whole family slept really well (comfortable beds in quiet, cool rooms) and enjoyed making use of the beautiful pool and outdoor eating/relaxing areas. Just a very short walk from a small sandy beach (Psarou), we were able to nip down for a sunrise swim or sit at the beach taverna enjoying the view over the sea. Although Psarou is a small hamlet, there are several tavernas within easy walking distance and we enjoyed all of them. If only all holiday homes were as good as this one!

Absolutely Amazing
Dionysios was the BEST host. The property is incredible - beautifully maintained, wonderful location and incredibly welcoming. We have been to Zakynthos quite a few times, because my mother-in-law was born there. This was BY FAR the best experience we have had. The villa is so spacious with a wonderful layout. The bedrooms are very nice, each with a lovely bathroom. The kitchen is absolutely perfect for making meals. The pool is SO NICE! The sea is just some steps away. Psarou is such a lovely area -- not too crowded -- which is perfect for families. And right in between Alykes / Alykanas and Tsilivi. We could not ask for a better place and whenever we come back to Zakynthos we will definitely book here! Special shoutout to Miss Sissy for being so nice and helpful!

Fabulous holiday villa
We were a party of 6 people, (family & friends) . From the moment we were met by Dionysios and his wife at the airport, we realised we were in for a treat. Nothing was too much trouble for them, the accommodation was superb in every way. The location is very close to the small sandy beach and provides safe bathing. I mentioned a hire car to Dionysios and he put me in touch with the hire company. The car was delivered to the villa next day. It's advisable to hire a car, the island is small but you get to see so much more if you have a vehicle. Dionysios would even surprise us with little food gifts from the local area from time to time. The whole experience was extremely good and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to future holiday makers. We will certainly be returning.

Fantastic in every aspect
What a wonderful place to spend time. The villa was perfect, just as advertised, in a gorgeous location, right near the beach with wonderful sea views. The host was so friendly and kind and the service we received was amazing. Psarou is a quiet place with a lovely taverna right on the beach and the wonderful Porta del mar restaurant on the doorstep. A car is useful to have, to see the island but there are places to walk to, especially along the beach front. The sea is clear and warm and we spent time snorkelling and swimming..it's shallow and safe and seems to be used by locals rather than lots of tourists. We would not hesitate to recommend this place...we felt so welcome and pampered and the villas are stunning in every way. We hope to come back soon! Thank you Dionysios X

First of all Thank you dion for making our family feel very welcomed. Your villa's are very modern and have pretty much everything you need. i would recommend anyone staying here to rent a vehicle as it's a little out of the way of the more common villages to stay but i wouldn't say it's 100% necessary, i believe there is a bus that passes through and taxi's are another option. There is a restaurant within a 5 minute walk and small grocery shop with a few bits like bread milk, pop and alcohol. there are a few other restaurants about too. Psarou where the villa is situated is between Tsivilli and Alykes, tsivilli has a water park and some good places to eat with beaches and shops, hotel ect but for our family Alykes was more family orientated and catered more to our needs, the beaches were lovely and the bistro on the beach out the far end of the village was amazing. we found eating out easier in Alykes and better for us as it has play areas and things to do in the restaurant for children. the staff seemed to really enjoy all children who came to eat in the diners. we travelled around the island and i have to say if your renting this villa its ideal. its out of the way and quiet, private and has a lovely back drop of kalamaki mountainous view with the sea. the villas rooms are big,its the first time i think i have found the beds comfortable when holidaying. Dion is a legend, he is very helpful, caring and attentive, i could contact him about anything and he would reply and really try to help and advise. you also have the villas cleaned by a lovely lady Mrs Luda, she is funny and despite her lack of English we were able to communicate and we really appreciated her work and care. i would definitely recommend this villa for families and couples who want to share with friends. the place is clean and great looking and i hope to return some day. i proposed to my partner out a turtle island and everything apart from one days bad weather was brilliant in zante. having a villa clean and easy to use just made this holiday so much better. THANK DION AND MRS LUDA FOR THE AMAZING TRIP TO ZANTE !! All the best Attilla and family.

Fabulous Villa, Friendly Helpful Host
The villa is beautiful with everything you need. Showers are great. Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the location - very quiet but with a few good eating places within walking distance. Beach is small but easily accessible and the sea was lovely to swim in. The host Dionysios was so helpful and kept the pool beautifully clean during our stay. Well what I we say other than we had an amazing time in Greece! The villa owner Dionisios Was so lovely, hospitable and couldn’t go enough for us. He met us at the airport in the early hours of the morning so we could follow him in our rented car (motor club hire) He helped with bags and added some to his car, saving us going 2 trips. We arrived and the villa as just lovely, we had fresh fruit a bottle of wine all ready 🤗👌🏼 He made sure we knew where everything was as well as giving loads of suggestions for meals, days out and general things to do. We were travelling with 2 young children and we had everything we needed in terms of sleeping. Dionisios even brought a baby walker for the youngest member which was so thoughtful. I can highly recommend the restaurant down by the beach AMAZING food and great for kids. The beach is super close by and only a 5 min walk. The beach is on the smaller side. But we loved that as it was too crowded. We will defiantly be back and bring more family along as the villlas being all next to each other would be perfect. Thank you again Dionisios You were the perfect host. See you soon 🤗☀️👌🏼🇬🇷

We booked two villas side by side to share with extended family and everyone had a wonderful time. The villas are spotlessley clean and very well designed with lovely pools, powerful air con, wifi etc. They are situated in a peaceful spot just around the corner from a beautiful beach. Highly recommended!

It doesn't get any better!!!!
WOW!!! Dionisios met us at the airport and brought us back to the house at Psourou beach, it was late at night, so we had no idea of the beauty we were about to wake up to. Again, WOW!!! Not knowing what to expect, we had the week of a lifetime and Dionisios did everything to make this happen (including bringing a doctor to the house when our child had an ear pain). The recommendations for restaurants and beaches were perfect. After touring the island, we spent our evenings at a wonderful cafe called Cafe Del Mar, just a few steps away from the villa. Away from the hustle and bustle, this place provides anything and everything you could possible need for a relaxing greek vacation. While it is not a hotel, expect to be treated as if you are staying in one. Your house and pool is cleaned daily and if you need anything, all you have to do is ask. If your going to Zante, this is the place to stay!!!!

Spacious villa . Beautiful pool. 100m from beach. Very helpful owners. Just perfect!
This is a beautiful part of Zante- olive groves, lemon orchards and easy walking distance from the safe, family beach. The villa is beautiful. We were 6 adults and a baby and there was still lots of space. It is one of a suite of 3 villas owned by a delightful Greek family who will do anything for you. Dionisios met us at the airport and led us to the villa. There is a wonderful lady who comes everyday who cleans and changes linen. You will probably be best hiring a car, but there is a general shop and a couple of very good tavernas within easy walking distance. The villa itself is very well equipped - fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc. The lady who cleans very kindly took our washing and brought it back clean! The bathrooms were good because one had a bath and shower, one a shower cubicle and one had a large wet room, not to mention the extra loo and mini wet room downstairs. There were enough sunbeds for all of us as well as little tables outside. Two rooms have private balconies and the downstairs opens onto the main patio area. There was loads of hanging space (and hangars!) in the wardrobes. There is air conditioning but we didn't use it despite the 28C temperatures as there were so many sliding doors and windows all with mosquito nets. We took boat trips to see the Shipwreck Beach and the blue caves and another to Keri and lived both. Psarou is not a tourist area so we loved it. The villa was a real 'find' and very reasonably priced. Thank you Dionisios -we'll be back!
