Newly made and modern apartment surrounded by olive and citrus trees, with a breathtaking view to the beach of Alykes and Kefalonia Island.Located at the center of the island.
Ideal choice for families or group of people.
It's only 1 km away from Alykes, a beautiful sandy beach with crystal waters, tourist shops, bars, restaurants and traditional greek tavernas by the sea.
Its size is 110 sqm with two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a spacious living room with a sofa bed and all modern amenities such as a flat TV-screen, air conditioning, free wi-fi. The kitchen is fully equipped.
