“So this is a kinda hybrid between a hotel and apartment, contactless checkin, a minibar, as ND daily cleaning. The rooms are a bit small, the air conditioning works well and the place is within walking distance of nearly all Trieste sights(except Miramar castle) we enjoyed our stay, There are not many amenities to the room but it is pretty nice”

“Very nice place to stay in a great location! The welcome treats were very thoughtful. Beds were really comfortable and the shower was large with great water pressure . There are lots of shops and restaurants in the area that you can walk to. I was a little worried about the video station check in but it was fine. It would have been nice to have salt, pepper and olive oil in the apartment. I would definitely stay here again.”

“This property was not what we expected. Air conditioning was advertised yet it was only offered at an additional cost of 10 euro per day. We’ve not encountered this anywhere else we’ve stayed. Expedia advertised that there was a fridge and clothes washer. Neither were present in the room. Not appropriate! We were told that there a fridge in the office but that could only be utilised on request but not accessed after 6.30pm as the office would then be closed. Our bedroom was sparsely furnished……

“El alojamiento estaba bien pero no había aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y era imposible dormir con las ventanas abiertas. Muchísimo ruido del tráfico y de peleas y gritos continuos en la plaza donde daban las ventanas,ha sido horrible. Era una tercera planta y no nos informaron que el ascensor lleva tiempo estropeado”

“Property is on a top floor of a beautiful building. It’s in a very convenient location to restaurants, train station as well as the port. The communication with the host is excellent. A bit confusing on how to access the building and how to get to the suites. My issue with understanding. You get into the building, there is a small elevator ( or a walk up the grand staircase). Then you enter the suites on the top floor. The room we stayed in was spacious. Large bedroom, living room,……

“Ottima posizione in centro città (zona pedonale). La reception risponde in remoto a qualsiasi ora per ogni richiesta. Struttura ben ristrutturata in palazzo storico. Se si arriva in auto elettrica si può parcheggiare presso il silos Saba Maggiore nei pressi dell'ospedale Maggiore che offre anche 3 stalli con colonnine di ricarica”

“la stanza non valeva assolutamente i prezzo, ho dato un'occhiata nei dintorni ed ho visto che ci sono hotel che con qualche euro in più offrono stanze migliori e prima colazione. Per questa stanza bisognava pagare almeno il 20% in meno, come presenza e pilizia ci si avvicina ad un ostello. Infondo basterebbe poco per sostituire quell'arredamento e rendere la stanza un pò più presentabile. unica nota positiva il bagno nuovo ma il resto .........-- ”
