My stay at Hotel Riu Plaza España was excellent. From the moment you walk through the door, the staff is incredibly attentive and always willing to help. The breakfast is outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room was very spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.

Pedro was amazing as were the check in staff but we missed having a concierge at a place like this. No one knew what was open for dinner and there was no room at the hotel restaurant. Overall a good experience although the mold in the 0 level was concerning.
