This was a tidy, efficient hotel in the modern European model. The location is amazing, right in the heart of the old town and an easy stroll to major landmarks and great food and drink options. For those unused to small European streets, getting in and out in a car will be a bit of an adventure but the parking garage worked well. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was a great deal. We loved having this as our home base for our Spanish visit.

Appalling service, no bar, no food in the hotel, 4 and half hours to get a taxi to the nearest town. Wonderful location, but no customer service what so ever, and an additional €100 if two people wish to use the pool for 1 hour
