"We prepaid for room but hotel insisted we had not paid despite showing them proof, even our credit card statement with the charge listed. It took over an hour at checkout to resolve this matter otherwise they would have charged our card for incidentals the entire room price again. Breakfast was terrible. We had to make up the beds for our children ourselves. The resort has many amenities and is walking distance to a tiny Town with a couple restaurants. Beautiful area."

"Rigtig fint familiehotel, hvor der virkelig er tænkt på børnene og familien. Venligt personale som ønsker at gøre sit bedste. Ligger fint i forhold alpint skiløb med ca 10 minutters transfer til Flachau. Virkelig god mad. Value for money."
