Very convenient to go the hospital, the construction in Rochester leaves something to be desired! Getting around town was a challenge, thank God for the shuttles! I am sure once it is complete it will be fine but for now it sucks!!

Impressive customer service, everyone was wonderful! The air conditioner is old though so room felt a little warm and stuffy.

The hotel appeared to be under construction, with yellow tape hanging everywhere. The front desk sells snacks but didn't take cash (and was a bit rude about it). The gym has no sauna and the hot tub isn't very hot. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. It's right across from the Mayo Clinic, a convenient walk across the street.

Was not told of two functions that happened when we stayed there. Live bands playing music all night on Thursday and an outside wedding with live music on Friday playing until 10:30pm. We were right above the wedding and had a view from our 3rd floor window. It was extremely loud and very uncomfortable from our room. They should have told us and arranged to offer a different room in the facility. I have more appointments coming up at the Mayo Clinic and will not be staying at the Kahler Grand again! Worst experience I’ve ever had!!!

Absolutely beautiful property with great amenities...perfect for a 10 day stay, with everything you need to be self-sustained. Excellent dining choices very close like the Red Cow and the Canadian Honker restaurants...St Mary's Mayo is directly across the street with an active Shuttle to the other Mayo locations. This stay put my wife at ease during our visit. Such great staff, too. Thank you Nicole!
