Hotel seemed understaffed. There was a large event during our stay and only 2 working the registration desk. We had a complex reservation so the kiosk wasn't an option. While in the casino we rarely saw any servers offering drinks. Some stalls in the food court either ran out of food or open/closed at random hours. It's frustrating to call the front desk for service and not be able to reach a person. Guests don't want to punch through a series of recorded messages when they need help. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. We had to go down to the front desk and wait around to find someone to report it. Please staff your properties to meet guest needs, not simply to be cost efficient. You'll retain more guests if we feel there are real people providing services.

Found a bottle Gatorade and water bottle when I entered the room. Was shcoked

I would have rated my stay higher had I not had a bad experience at the Fulton street bar ordering breakfast. I was told to go to the bar to order food to go which I had done. The guy who took my order was all over the place and seemed like he was kinda new. He took my card and proceeded to hold my card at the bar sitting atop the card reading machine for payment. As he was ringing up another customer with my card still sitting on top of the card reader he proceeded to have it their order charged to my card. I told him it charged to my card due to me getting notifications and rudely said I’m refunding it back didn’t apologize or anything. Even after texting the concierge about it nothing was done about it and is still showing as a charge pending on my card. My only other complaint is the shower only has one door so the rest of the shower is wide open with water from your shower spilling on the floor.
