"This hotel is nowhere near 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The staff was consistently rude, and the maids in particular were extremely unpleasant. The room itself was unacceptable — there was mold in the bathroom, the curtains were stained, and the toiletries provided were of the cheapest quality. "The complex is worn down and outdated, the breakfast is terrible. At these high prices I expect more. The breakfast is at 10.30 non existent, and the staff just stands there looking, doing nothing. The hygiene is terrible, keeping things like cheese, yogurt, ham, juice etc in room temperature. Heard of food poisoning? The staff at reception is aware of all these problems but says it's a management problem. The wifi barely works. The reception staff really tries, but without tools to work with,...

"Приїхали із друзями на вихідні. Дуже все сподобалось: розташування, сам готель, номери, ресторан, обслуговування... Без нарікань. Море майже біля готелю, на пляжі гостям видають лежаки та парасольки. На території готелю є ресторан, сніданки в яком у включені у ціну проживання. Також біля готелю є магазин та інші ресторани, що діють при готелях поруч. Але ми харчувалися в ресторані при готелю і були цілком задоволені (особливо рекомендую рапани, мідії, фірмовий оселедець, скумбрію на грилі та...
