“Our stay at Te Dalu was exceptional. We loved that the hotel was located a little outside of Ella proper, which allowed for connection with the beautiful environment and scenery while still being convenient to the amenities of the main town. Our room faced the hillside and had a wonderful view of the temple on the hill, and in the morning with opening the balcony doors allowed us to listen to chants and the sounds of birds and monkeys while waking up. “The bungalow which we stayed for our holiday is only six rooms. The butler and the staff provide excellent services which many luxury hotels can not do. Staying in this property, your butler has already arranged everything and you do not think about anything about your stay. What you need to do is to tell your butler what you want and he will serve you or give advice to you. Highly recommend to anyone who will visit the same place. The experience is worth your payment.”

“This could be something so special. The location itself is amazing and the accommodation for ‘camping’ is incredible. The service wasn’t great however. As kind as everyone was the timings were very off. Being told we needed to be ready for breakfast at 8 and not being served till 9.30. The same for dinner. “除了用餐准备时间太长外，几乎无可挑剔。 不知道为什么会把酒店名翻译成“象牙”，太误导了。这是奥利芬家族私邸改建的酒店。 酒店很多基础设施，都有150年历史。即便新配置的家具，多半也是安装殖民时期的风格配置的，所以一走进酒店就有穿越到十九世纪的感觉。 入住当天只有我们一行5人，所以两个管家服务的很周到。只是用餐准备的时间太长，从点餐到上前餐花了一个多小时时间，因为现点现做，后厨只有一个厨师和帮手的原因。这难免引起我们的不快，我们的不满弄得两位管家很紧张，反而让我们有些心不安。晚餐虽然准备时间很长，但做的很地道，于是把不满化作感谢，大家皆大欢喜。”

“度假村离Elle这么远是没有想到的，据说在Hotels.com上标的是空中距离:-( 幸好入住那天一路暴雨，所以错过Elle所有的景点也没有什么遗憾。 酒店很偏僻，紧邻一大片农田，很有巴厘岛乌布的感觉，格外的亲近自然。 因为是生态酒店，一切以融入自然为主题，所以客房不免简单一点。休息区域都在室外，这也造成了一些不方便。 最值得大加赞赏的就是亲近自然。一早起来由向导带领，在度假村范围内观鸟，孔雀、大嘴犀鸟、野鸡随处可见，孔居然雀还跑到了我们居住的度假屋边。 入住当天好像只有我们一行5个客人，所以服务的自然非常好。 餐饮也不错，虽然没有什么特别惊艳，但非常好吃。餐后推荐我们吃了水牛酸奶冻，奶味十足，加上当地的枫糖，口味很好。”
