This is a two star hotel not four star
"This hotel could only say two star hotel in considering its service, facility and cleanliness. Literally they do not have even a two star hotel service, the bath room is not clean which have insects flying around and the facility is very old, the air conditioner is too hot and can not functional ..."

"Parking was safe and easy. Views of the castle were amazing. Gym was tired, treadmill didn't work properly. Jacuzzi was cold, jets did not work. My wife went for a walk in the morning and when she came back the staff was rude thinking that she was not a guest. The restaurant was great."
