“Upon my arrival I was greeted by howels of a screaming patron whom I later found out was on the 5th floor. The facility was inundated with by police and ems who spoke of a woman who was losing it upstairs and cut her self pretty bad on broken glass. During all this chaos that occurred the staff acted like nothing was happening. They were professional courtesy and my stay ways fantastic it’s even near the mall I would definitely stay again 10/10”

“Air conditioner works great!! Excellent water pressure and hot water in showers. Cool mirror on ceiling. 🤔”

“The buildings and surrounding parking lot appear to be condemned and abandoned on first sight (at least one of the buildings actually is condemned and boarded up w/posted notices all over it). The staff if there is one is simply unavailable and unresponsive. The elevator in the building my room was in on the 3rd floor does not work ( I can personally confirm that it hasn't worked for at least 1 year). The room itself could have actually been nice if anyone gave minimal attention to repairs……
