"Practically on the harbour road, this wonderfully decorated and interesting property is a gem. The room and bath were spacious, super duper clean (we thought it was new, but over 20 yrs old), and the staff are simply excellent. If the tides are favourable they will accomodate your trip to the Cathedral Beach. Our BIGGEST REGRET about this property is that we could only stay one night!"

"Wonderful alberque. Be prepared for a bit of a different experience. To help eliminate unwanted bed bugs, which hitch a ride on pilgrims bags, your gear is stored in lockers downstairs and a laundry basket provided to bring up what's needed. Your gear in the locker is secured by a key and another locker upstairs as well. The beds are made and the shower, sink, toilet ratio per person is excellent. "The location of this small hotel allows you to explore Luarca by foot. We could park our car in front of the hotel entrance (end of May) Rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We did not have breakfast there since we were only for a night and left early for a coffee in town and a long walk up the hills for the views. Can definitely recommend."
