“The lack of a lift to the second floor made it difficult to carry cases up to the room.
The water from the shower ended up on most of the bathroom floor.
The quality of the sound from the TV was poor.
It would be helpful to have a rear entrance to the hotel from the car park.
We could not get the air conditioner to heat the room.

“We absolutely loved staying here. The views though out the property where stunning, whether it be the views of the mountain from the window or the restored brewery at night soaking in the fire pit. The atmosphere was always fantastic and the staff were friendly. Was a fantastic weekend away, highly recommend. ”
