I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. “The casino was nice however I wasn't prepared for it to allow smoking. In Wisconsin ours are smoke free, way more pleasant. We didn't stay very long for that reason. Our room wasn't the cleanest. Very dusty, hadn't been thoroughly dusted in awhile. Needed a good vacuum and carpet cleaning. We stayed 2 nights and no one came to clean the room or freshen up towels. When we called for more towels and coffee packets they told us to come down and get them ourself. ”

“First off, the hotel was under construction(this was never mentioned on the website or Expedia). This included the POOL AND THE GYM! The pool and hot tub were high on our list, so this was a huge let down. Again this was never mentioned. “The advertised amenity of a 24/7 available airport shuttle is NOT honest. While staff was kind, no staff was available for trip from airport to hotel, and when I inquired about arranging a ride back, it came with a very narrow window of potential that left me feeling uncertain if I’d be able to use this advertised amenity. Like I said, staff was nice about it, but the availability and reliability of this amenity feels too uncertain to be used as a main advertising point. ”
