“High pleasant surprise. From the outside (nothing fancy) is the typical hotel you can park your car in from of the room (what is a great advantage for travelers). When you enter the room, wow, you get highly surprised for the high quality renovations on every aspect of the room. Everything is completely new to make you feel you are in a luxury hotel room. Not only the important things, also details like the huge paint in the wall over the bed were really nice. Even more, the air conditioning……

“The property was neat and clean. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good and better than most at other motel chains where we have stayed. There was a burned out bulb in a lamp, the digital readout on the clock was not functioning properly, and a window shade would not go up or down properly. These are small things that should have been caught by the housekeeping staff and corrected prior to us occupying the room. However, overall experience was very good and we would stay at the……

“Great staff, but only 2 towels in room. Asks for more desk guy couldn’t find them. Limited Roku tv, not many dining options close. Shower was great, bed was comfy.”

“looks a bit outdated on the outside but the rooms are so modern on the inside.! the front desk staff is exceptionally nice, the check in was quick, the room was clean, the air conditioning was brand new, tv worked and was able to connect my xbox as well. my kids also enjoyed the stay as well with no complaints.! 10/10 recommend for the fulton, kingdom city, mexico area.!”

“Overall, the hotel itself was clean, and the indoor pool was well-maintained, clean, and safe to swim in. The AC worked well, and the room was comfortable enough for an overnight stay. However, my biggest concern was the hotel's use of a remote Customer Service Kiosk instead of an in-person front desk. As a Deaf traveler who relies heavily on lipreading, this system was very difficult to use. I had to communicate with a representative through a TV screen, and there were no captions available.……

“The staff was unwilling to let me cancel my reservation the day of my reservation because I had a funeral come up. I hadn’t checked I yet. They refused to work with me or help even given the circumstances. They charged me for the full 2 nights. They wouldn’t even give me a cancellation fee. I found them rude and uncaring.”
