“The room was nice, very small. We had a King bed. The linens were very clean as was the room. We arrived a little early, only to be met with a hand-written sign that says no rooms are available before 3pm. The front desk is unmanned. Once 3pm came, the staff was very friendly and helpful and efficient. It would be nice if there was assistance at the front desk and early check in was available. “Clean. Nice room.”

“Room was clean and spacious Not a fan of the kiosk checking.”

“I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant”

“Property showing wear and tear. Needs upgrades in the rooms. Clean rooms.”

“Beautiful 1899 Home turned into a BnB. Beautifully decorated with lots of local history. Hospitatity of Nanette is outstanding as was her delicious home cooked Breakfasts. Prime Minister Margret Thatcher has stayed here. Within a very short walk to the Churchhill Museum. Highly recommend!!! We already booked a stay for 2027.”

“Very clean rooms, with a welcoming and friendly staff. Convenient location to University of Missouri and major highways.”

“It was perfect for what I needed.”

“This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The beds were dirty. The comforter had cigarette burns in them. The mattress covers had stains on them. The sheets were stained. One of the mattresses appeared to be inhabited by bed bugs. The wall appeared to have pictures forcibly removed which left white marks above the bed. The toilet and tub had cigarette burns. The toilet was not properly mounted, it moved visibly when sat upon. AVOID THIS HOTEL IF POSSIBLE. I was offered a different room……
