“When I booked, you did not say they were under construction and that pool was closed. My hallway on 4th floor smelled like someone's musty basement. My bed was broken and I had to switch rooms. We had to walk through construction area which smelled of chemicals. There was not air conditioning in foyer and where we eat breakfast.”
