We booked two nights and after an hour in I went down to reception to report our worn out and tattered towels, the shower water takes 25 minutes to drain before the next person can shower. The receptionist did not blink, did not apologize and did not offer to bring newer towels. The safe was locked and I asked for it to be unlocked. I am still waiting. The safe was……
