“In one was on property. We have to call a phone number they left on a note to get us checked in. The heater in the room very noisy. I dont know how to adjust it. And there is no one on property to talk to . It is just a messy situation. We haven’t slept well. For breakfast, no coffee ( thermo there but it is empty !!) again , no one there to help. It was a bad experience for us. I do believe if someone was there, probably the experience would be much better. Very disproportionated ! ”

“Owner was having a baby so lobby and restaurant were closed. Check in info was in an envelope by the door. After a 10 hour drive and no nearby restaurants thank God I had a couple cans of soup to heat up in the microwave. Our room was called the "Ice Cave" fitting since it was so cold! Room was so small it was claustrophobic. Congrats on the baby, but have back up to run the hotel please.”

“Very clean. Plenty of pots/pans to cook with. Easy check in. Lovely view. Rooms are large and bed are comfortable. Lots of pillows which I love. ”

“Very clean, loved the place just in need of a update, light over the bathroom from the 80's, kitchen counter top was worn out, bathroom needs to be renovated and brought to A.D.A standards. But we loved our time there and would go back.”

“This property is very dated and in need of some repair. For the most part the property was clean but had very limited numbers of towels. The bedding was clean but very old and worn. The mattress in the main bedroom was in very poor condition. ”

“The parking on the lower level is excellent, easy to get in and out. You will need AWD or chains in the winter, the road up has a 13 degree slope! The unit was clean and updated nicely. The front door keypad was slow and may need new batteries. We couldn’t get the fireplace working, couldn’t locate the remote, but not a big deal for us. The condo was well appointed with coffee and seasonings. The pool is in the next building over so its a bit of a walk with a small section outside. The……

“Hot water is amazing, towels are big and fluffy and there is plenty of space for 2 people. Kitchen is only good to warm food up. Washing dishes is really difficult. Apartment wasn’t that clean. Location is great, walls are thin so you can hear neighbors and people in the hallways. ”
