"Accueil médiocre à l’arrivée. J’avais envoyé un mail pour demander à réserver une place de parking dans le sous-sol : personne n’y avait répondu. Et à notre arrivée : la réceptionniste nous dit qu’il n’y a plus de place et que nous devons trouver une place dans la rue, stationnement payant à 8 euros la journée, samedi et dimanche compris !!! Aucune empathie, aucune intention de nous aider alors qu’on restait 4 nuits pour plus de 400 euros en tout. On se fait « gronder » par la femme de ménage...

"I loved Continental Hotel, everything was just right. Nice, clean and spacious room with air-conditioning. All stuff in the hotel are friendly and really helpful. Foid is good, not huge choice, but everything was high quality, fresh and tasty, goid quality alcohol and cocktails. There is a nice outsude swimming pool with a lot of sunbeds around it, SPA and gym, which was always empty. Gym it's not very big, but has enough of machines and a bench, barbell and for some reason only one dumbbell...

"hotelkamer en het hotel zelf erg ruim. Onbeschofte en ondeugende medewerkers, vooral die van aguapark. Zeer slecht Engels gesproken en slechte service. Noch slecht, noch erg goed eten. In 5 dagen had ik geen zonnebank die vanaf 6 uur 's ochtends met handdoeken omging het zwembad en op het strand.Het hotel is 4 sterren, maar ik zou het slechts 2 en een halve ster geven. Helemaal teleurgesteld, de eerste en laatste vakantie in Bulgarije"

"The Golden Tulip Hotel in Varna truly exceeded my expectations. The room was absolutely amazing and incredibly spacious. I was impressed by how clean and comfortable everything felt. The breakfast was very good and provided a great start to the day. The receptionist and the security officer were both extremely kind. They helped me with every request and made me feel very welcome. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. I genuinely felt valued as a guest. This hotel deserves a full five star rating. I would happily stay here again."
