Spacious upper floor. Wifi did not work. Was extremely hot during the night, didn’t allow us to get a goodnight sleep. Very clean. Driveway parking was nice. Downstairs neighbours could be a little loud a times.

Nice and roomy .. a couple complaints though .. Owner did not send me the address when I received the code .. had to call customer service to ask as I was unable to contact the owner because I needed a code which wouldn’t work for me after multiple attempts . Also two different adults could not get either tv to work at all, or net flix after many attempts .. an instruction guide would have been helpful ..

Comfortable place and the bed was excellent. But, there were no lamps or side tables. It would have been nicer if we didn't have to use overhead lighting all the time in the bedroom.

Abbotsford Stay
This is an extremely bare bones place. Closets with no or few hangers. We had to hang our coats on chairs or the banister. No soap for shower. No bedside lamps. Not a stitch of wall hangings. No pillows on couches. It could be made to feel more inviting with a few of these items. What they did provide was in plenty though and we were thankful for that. Tons of toilet paper and towels. Plenty of coffee supplies. Extra blankets. Many doors and drawers are broken. Some drawers in kitchen were very dirty. The house is located beside a busy road so is fairly noisy at night due to the a/c unit being in the window. We put some of the extra towels around it to muffle the sound and that helped. I might suggest to the owners that they should think about adding some insulation around the units to help soundproof it a bit. The bed was quite comfortable so we were thankful for that. Overall it’s not a bad place to stay. It’s just kind of blah and needs a bit of tlc.

The property was clean, roomy and in a convenient location for our purpose. The floors were cold. The fireplace didn't work. It worried me as I tried to turn it on and could smell the gas, pilot wouldn't light and I had a hard time turning it off. When I communicated this to the host I was told it was being repaired and they were waiting for a part. We should have been told this. The TV in the master bedroom has no remote and is not connected to cable service so it wasn't used. We brought food that needed to go into the oven but there were no oven proof bake ware, only cookie sheets. I couldn't hang my cloths as the rod in the closet was close to 7' and there was no stool (I'm 5' and my 85 yr old mother is shrinking and now 4'7'') Also, it would have been nice to have better cutlery and cookware (non stick). A few extra garbage bags and paper towels would have helped. Some instruction on TV, micro wave, oven use would be a nice touch also. It was frustrating having to figure things out. Had to stand on the bed to reach the string that turned the fan off or on, not fun. The closet door in the kitchen wasn't installed properly and wasn't on the track.

Get what advertised
Got what advertised, and not much more. Nice place with a good amount of space. Not much else. Just enough laundry detergent, dishes, etc, but nothing extra. Just the basics and minimal amount of things. Bring your own shampoo, coffee, etc. Cable didn't work the whole time we were there, but thankfully Netflix and wifi worked. Not much communication leading into or out, and was mostly me contacting to find out (what the check-in and check-out procedures were, asking for updates on the cable TV, etc). Window mounted AC, which was needed with how crazy hot things were in Abbotsford the days we were there! Easy cleanup for departure, which was a huge bonus though! Check-in and check-out were very simple. Just very basic, no frills.

I liked the property. It was very comfortable. However, there was no information regarding availability of wifi - I looked everywhere but I was unable to find anything with regard to a password. I was without communication for my entire stay. I was unable to connect with the host because we communicated through the internet and without a password, communication was not possible. Also the hot water was very limited - not sufficient to run a hot bath. Otherwise, everything else was excellent. Directions to the accommodation was not clear.

Overnight stay for a wedding
The property was great overall. We got there and it was nice and cool inside, as the AC was running and it was a nice change from the heat outside. Some minor things could add to the overall appeal i.e. night stands on both sides of the bed. We have 2 vehicles and were told to park on the left and on the extreme right, but when we got there there was a truck in allowed us to park on the left but no room on the extreme right. Luckily the owner of the truck happened to be leaving and we asked him to move it to closer to the middle so there was room. But no complains overall. We would stay here again if we need a place in Abbotsford.

Nice place
This was a great place for our quick stay. It was nice that it has two bathrooms and air conditioning made it comfortable on a very hot day. It was close to restaurants and easy to get to the highway. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. We had to message the host for the wifi password and they sent us check-out info by message as well when we were close to checking our. This might be helpful info to have on paper at the site. We would recommend this place.

It was alright. It was a random girls night and needed somewhere to stay local. Front door entry, neighbours watching you off their decks, looks like a previous rental inside. Only 3 forks, for 4 guests. It was clean….but don’t expect much more than that. Beds comfortable.

Truly excellent experience. The listing was extremely accurate. Location was perfect for our needs. Lodging was very clean. Appliances were top notch. Would definitely consider renting again if we go back to Abbotsford!
