All my questions were answered by either the owner Dan or Wilvia - the most attentive concierge I have ever worked with. She efficiently arranged everything I requested to set up the most amazing 6 days. The Villa, pool and grounds were beautiful and spacious and the incredible staff went out of their way to attend to our every need. We are planning a trip back and will stay……

The person told me that the apartment wasn't available but said they will help me find accommodation and urged me to get refund from Expedia as the new place wanted cash. After confirming that I got the refund, she said 'ok so I don't owe you anything, you're on your own finding a room, I'm not going to do it'. Wasted a day of my vacation trying to find a……
