"What an amazing service from Alexandra and Laurent - a lovely couple that gave an amazing and personalized service. Upon late arrival, I was offered homemade food, even there is no restaurant in the hotel and I could have an early breakfast at 7am due to early departure. Very nicely decorated room(s) and newly modern refurbished bathroom(s) with delicate interior.
I believe this is the best personaled service I have received in years and I/we have about 60-70 nights in different hotels each...

Most of staff were very helpful and it was helpful that some spoke English, although we didn't expect that as we were in France and, out of curtesy, we believed that we should attempt speaking French. "Great fun for kids, amazing aqua park, though only open in the summer there is also a very nice public pool opposite with slides that is free for guest. Only negative was dining outings limited, especially healthy eating."

"Great premises and killer staff, but the real kicker is the proximity to the loveliest beach in town. A 30 second walk, and you find yourself in this volcanic creek with gorgeous views of the bay. Did early morning yoga and took a swim as the sun was coming up. This is what this hotel provides – on top of everything else! Also, great breakfast experience. A no-brainer."

"Very nice hotel in downtown Cap d’agde. The room was clean and nice. The hotel breakfast was excellent and the staff were very pleasant. My only issue was the WiFi. I was at the back of the hotel and had very spotty WiFi and sometimes it didn’t work. I brought this up with the staff and they said you have to enter a new password every day. Seems strange!
