"We had a lovely stay at Residence Sophia. We were given a lovely greeting and help with our bags. The cabin was exactly as advertised -clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The grounds were well maintained with very nice landscaping. The two swimming pools were brilliant, warm, clean and not crowded. Résidence Sophia is also in a great location for exploring the island easily via the T10. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"Receptionen er komplet håbløs, langt fra imødekommende og gammeldags. Ved ankomst skulle jeg finde min kvittering fra Hotels frem og maile den til dem - de kunne ikke se at jeg havde betalt. Vi havde valgt en premium lejlighed med udsigt til poolen - det fik vi ikke og opgav at forklare det til personalet. Vi boede sådan set i et hul bag en stor hæk og fik intet lys ind i lejligheden. Muchas cosas rotas y en general todo muy sucio, sobre todo en la zona donde nos ubicaron. Que es en la parte del fondo, yo creo que sobre todo nos ponían allí a los españoles, en la peor zona!!
