Designed with modern elegance and perfectly situated between Agnes Water and 1770, this haven is just a short walk from the beach. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of your next getaway in this spacious, light-filled apartment that spans two levels and offers direct access to a beautiful resort-style swimming pool.

• Accommodations: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully air-conditioned
• Pet-Friendly: Bring your non-shedding pooch (maximum 2) to enjoy holiday time with you—please note pets are not permitted in bedrooms or on furniture

• Complex Amenities: Shared resort-style swimming pool, pool noodles.

• Upstairs Living: Family-friendly living area with relaxing lounges, board games, assorted toys plus free Wifi. The space opens to a large balcony with outdoor furnishings and a provided Bbq for alfresco dining.
• Kitchen: Spacious with quality appliances, including a large family-sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, breakfast bar, and full-sized dining table. All cooking utensils and crockery are supplied.

• Downstairs Layout:
o Master Bedroom: Queen bed, spacious ensuite with double vanity, and a spa bath
