A notre arrivĂ© on apprend que la piscines est fermĂ© un dĂ©but septembre part une employĂ©e pas du tous sympathiques, nous avons une chambres prĂšs de la route bouillante, une petit bouteille dÂŽeau pour deux dans la chambre. Nous avions pris la demi pension on nous a fait manger au bar avec un choix restreint, franchement trĂšs dessus pour 300€, allez voir ailleurs cÂŽest un conseil.

Globalement nous avons passĂ©s un bon sĂ©jour dans une belle bĂątisse avec un jolie cadre et grande piscine qui sĂ»rement lui donne les 4 Ă©toile . Dommage que l'accueil, le service et le mĂ©nage en chambre ne suivent pas. Peut-ĂȘtre la faut au dĂ©but de saisons et des personnes pas a leurs place car le manque de professionnalisme et d'envie de certains Ă©taient bien lĂ

Nuit au Mercure

Site trĂšs agrĂ©able, trĂšs calme. L'hĂŽtel est largement surcĂŽtĂ© : Ă©quipements chambre et sdb moyen bas de gamme, Ă©cran TV minuscule, climatisation trĂšs bruyante mĂȘme Ă  l'arrĂȘt. Le service est inexistant : bien qu'arrivĂ© au restaurant de l'hĂŽtel Ă  l'heure prĂ©vue Ă  la rĂ©servation, je n'ai eu droit qu'Ă  une biĂšre, puis j'ai attendu carte et prise de commande pendant 40'. Au niĂšme passage du serveur devant ma table sans un regard, j'ai quittĂ© la table et l'hĂŽtel pour me mettre en quĂȘte d'un restaurant dans les alentours, que j'ai trouvĂ© rapidement et oĂč j'ai pu dĂźner. Le pdj est correct sans plus. Bref, un 4* digne d'un 2*...

Les prestations et l’état gĂ©nĂ©ral de l’hĂŽtel ne sont pas Ă  la hauteur d’un 4* et au standard d’un hĂŽtel Mercure (rĂ©guliĂšrement frĂ©quentĂ©..). L’hĂŽtel semble peu ou mal entretenu : Ă  l’extĂ©rieur nombreux mur dĂ©fraichis. Marche d accĂ©s a la terrasse du restaurant cassĂ©e. Pelouse rabougrie. Bassin d’eau vide. Espace extĂ©rieur des chambres non dĂ©sherbĂ©. Idem pour le terrain de boules. Banc extĂ©rieur renversĂ©...aspirateur abandonnĂ© une journĂ©e dans le couloir.liste non exhaustive.. Tout semble un peu Ă  l’abandon. A la rĂ©ception vue sur les bureaux encombrĂ©s de cartons .paper board d’informations brouillon façon camping...la parti restauration est aussi perfectible. Carte d’accĂšs au chambre inopĂ©rante au bout de 24h.panne d’électricitĂ© au petit dĂ©jeuner le premier jour et visite furtive d’un petit rongeur (no comment..) pendant le deuxiĂšme dĂ©jeuner dans la cour exterieure.au moment de partir on me rĂ©clame 160€ alors que tout avait Ă©tait rĂ©glĂ© Ă  l’ avance. A part 2 biĂšres au restaurant. Pendant le sĂ©jour nous n’avons vu ni croisĂ© personne qui ressemblait Ă  un manager ou un responsable ceci explique peut etre cela...Notre plus mauvais souvenir d un hotel 4* en bientot 40 ans de voyage...

DRAMATIQUE !!!

35 ans de dĂ©placements professionnels favec 4 nuits d'hĂŽtel par semaine me laisse penser que c'est en client avisĂ© que je m'exprime ici, vous en conviendrez certainement. DĂ©ception totale Ă  mon arrivĂ©e dans cet Ă©tablissement. Si la bĂątisse laisse rĂȘveur de par sa splendeur Ă  l'arrivĂ©e, les chambres font le mĂȘme effet toutes proportions inverses tant les chambres y sont morbides en terme de confort et dĂ©coration. J'ai eu le sentiment de me retrouver dans une chambre de caserne militaire (mal entretenue) les murs laissent apparaitre des traces d'enduit, la peinture n'a pas Ă©tĂ© refaite depuis des annĂ©es, les volets sont trĂšs difficiles Ă  fermer, la salle de bain exiguĂ« offre une douche ancienne ou l'eau a du mal Ă  s'Ă©couler, la literie n'offre absolument aucun confort. Les portes non insonorisĂ©es donnent le sentiment de dormir dans le couloir dĂšs lors qu'un client marche dans les allĂ©es qui elles mĂȘme sont Ă©quipĂ©es de portes qui grincent. Bref, Ă  fuir absolument Je donne une note de 2/20 Ă  cet Ă©tablissement qui facture tout de mĂȘme aux alentour s de 100€ la nuit. Juste dĂ©lirant.

j'ai passĂ© deux nuitĂ©es cause sĂ©minaire, un peu bruyant les portes ne sont pas Ă©tanches, le lendemain le lit est refait mais pas le mĂ©nage, j'ai du manger dans la chambre pour prĂ©parer ma rĂ©union la veille et la poubelles n'a pas Ă©tĂ© vidĂ©e. Un repas au restaurant, un peu long et pas de pain malgrĂ© l'avoir demandĂ© c'est un Mercure, j'ai rĂ©glĂ© 250€ sans le repas, on trouve aussi bien dans un Ibis voir mieux

Pleasant stay with a couple caveats

Overall a pleasant stay at the hotel. Well maintained property and a helpful staff. The air conditioning was out during our stay, but they had a fan in the room which worked out fine and the staff made other agreeable arrangements for us to make up for it. No mini fridge in the room which was a downside. There was also no vegetarian main dish at the restaurant (fish doesn't count as vegetarian!) and would not necessarily recommend eating there if you can avoid it. The pool and the lounge areas around it are definitely the highlight of the hotel!

HĂŽtel qui pourrait ĂȘtre vraiment bien (bĂątiment de caractĂšre provencal grande piscine jardin avec vue sur la campagne ...) Mais gros probleme d’entretien et de confort : chambre avec murs dĂ©crĂ©pis , sales, lits vieux et inconfortables mauvaise insonorisation (surtout avec la route trĂšs bruyante qui longe l’hĂŽtel ) petit dĂ©jeuner mal gĂ©rĂ© (pas de pain et incapacitĂ© Ă  gĂ©rer le flux ) ... Le personnel fait de son mieux mais la direction laisse se dĂ©grader un Ă©tablissement qui a pourtant beaucoup de potentiel

Correct dans l’ensemble mais quelques dĂ©tails importants manquent : pas d’ascenseur pour le premier Ă©tage et c’est pĂ©nible quand on a une valise lourde. Le prix des petits dĂ©jeuners est prohibitif
