In the general, the customer service was great and Mr. Ayman Zein answered all our request. At the pool, it was very clean and the staff really paid attention to our needs, specifically Michael. "

"Absolutely amazing hotel with a stunning, spacious, and stylish facility. The rooms were so spacious. We stayed at a Suite overlooking the pool. It was so nice. The décor is elegant and impeccably maintained, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally kind, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, style, and excellent hospitality.
