First the property was beautiful, clean, and so so so convenient. The rooms are all huge and up to date. Very nice kitchen, washer /dryer, large screened in porch and weber grill out back over looking the lake... perfect. The private boat ramp that will never be crowded is a couple hundred yards away. Lake fork marina is practically next door and their cafe has the best breakfast around. Just a few minutes drive to surrounding cities, groceries, fuel stations , bait and tackle, etc. Can't leave out the best part! The owners were very nice, helpful, easy to communicate with. My kind of "down to earth" good peeps that really care about you having a fun , successful trip. Our host was easy to reach and seemed like regular people. I would bring a boat next time, not that it was necessary, there is lots of property there for outdoor activities.
