“The host was great and responsive, however the units just need some TLC. One unit had not been cleaned. It smelled of cigarette smoke and one of the bed’s linens had not been washed. Cleaning services came out to replace the sheets within 30 minutes, so that was good. But the smoke smell was bad enough that I went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies and fabric febreeze to make it through the night. The other unit we stayed in did not have any odors but could have used a cleaning as well. ”

“It was a better than a hotel room, but gravel road to get to, walking trash 100 yrds to throw out, and horrible cellular service and no internet connection made it rough. ”

“We were looking for a place central to BR, Hammond, and Donaldsonville and the Benton properties are perfect. Convenient to get to, but far enough off the beaten path to be super quiet and cozy. The house is super cute, clean, ceiling fans in every room, and did not smell overpoweringly of air freshener as many Vrbos tend to do. Also, the furniture was so comfortable, perfect after a day of driving in BR traffic! David was so flexible and kind in helping me when I messed up my initial……

“Tangipahoa Parish had everything my family needed while we were visiting the area. The property was clean and had all the space my family needed for a comfortable stay. We were visiting family in the area and being able to come back to our own space with small children made the trip even better. The property owner, David, was great in making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay and communicating with us before, during, and after ou visit.”

“The property was lovely. We were in the “Downtown” apartment and it was perfect for the 2 of us. It is well appointed with ample amenities and in a safe neighborhood. There was a large group above us in the house and they did not impact our stay and everyone respected the quiet time. My husband enjoyed the hot tub while meeting the other visitors and we liked spending time in this space. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family. ”

“The Villa was not clean long black hairs and dust everywhere dead bugs around baseboards. Stove top has a film of grease and dust. We never use it. Both bathrooms only had 1 1/2 rolls of tissue for 5 days for three adults. We had to buy some. Dryer was dirty We did not feel comfortable in the place. ”

The cups on the counter had spider webs on them and the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped. The power went out at 10:30am and didn’t come back on until 8:30pm.
