Your bathrooms need updating at least ours did. The room was fine. The pool was fine but the music that was pounding the whole time was so inappropriate for families and kids. The lyrics were insulting. No umbrellas unless you rented them? Oh please really? The nachos we ordered were soggy and not good. We only lasted 1.5 hours and couldn’t stomach it anymore. The hotel is isolated so you have to uber anywhere you wanna go. The stay was just ok. Would not book the Rio. Sorry.

I asked for a nice room and was immediately cut off saying the rooms are already pre picked and cannot be changed as they are like air and b.. belonging to a person and they rent it out … lucky the room I had was good and was happy… very roomy, clean and comfortable. They don’t have self parking and spent more than 60 dollars in tips for a couple of days .. also having to wait 10 to 20 min for my car every time. On the last night, they ran out of valet space and told me to park at rhe mgm self parking about 20 min walk from the place … parking situation was a 2 out of 10
