"I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it felt much closer to a 3-star experience than the advertised 4 stars. For a property charging over $250 per night, the overall value and quality were disappointing. One major issue was the TV entertainment. There were virtually no channels available ..."

"I won’t stay there any more. Linen were wornout, towels were discolored, mosquitos & ants all over the room, defective shower, toilet was clogged & after declogging it goes back to slow drain again. It’s way below my expectation. I don’t why you are doing business with this kind of property."
