Maybe we were the unlucky ones but we were welcomed with unswept floors, non-working toliet with a surprise from a previous unsuccessful flush, dead insects, and no hot water. We had to run the water for 2-3 minutes to get 'luke warm', not convenient for our small children. "The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. Our room had a private pool, which was beautiful. The breakfast had a lot of options and was very good. We ate lunch at the hotel pool and it was delicious. Service was great, hotel arranged transportation to and from port which was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel. "
