"What a beautiful villa! We were a family of 7 adults, 3 teenagers and a 19 month old toddler, we all loved our stay it was so relaxing and fantastic being so close to the beach, BBQ’s and wonderful to have an authentic Greek meal cooked for us two nights from a recommendation from Maissa. "Stayed at this beautiful location with family and friends for 7 nights! The host Mrs Irene was super friendly and sweet. Along with Alex (who was very helpful, amazing) and provided us with all the information required for this location, direction, restaurants and local shops. Stores are located about 30ish min away so ensure you stop on the way to get your groceries. The location is also very private. The beach was heaven and pretty much private - prefect for families. "We enjoyed our stay so much. The area is quite and the house directly on a mountain with the best view ever. The house looks even better than it’s shown on the fotos. Our teenages had enough space for their own. We spend most of our evenings on the terrace. The nearby beaches were beautiful and quite often nearly empty. The weekends are much more crowded. "Villa Kalamos was built as a labor of love, and it shows. John designed the property to be reminiscent of an historical Byzantine monument, including a magnificent stone tower, with superb attention to detail, especially in the dramatic lower level kitchen and dining area, where the vaulted ceiling soars to a great height. Zudem in einer wunderschönen Lage, nur wenige Fußminuten bergab vom sauberen, ruhigen Strand entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt auch Tipps für die Umgebung. "Nice property. Smaller than we thought. Just one main dining room. Small food selection. Items frequently repeated. No service on the beach. There are menus attached to umbrellas with QR codes to scan, how we menu is outdated and cannot order from beach. Need to go to beach bar. Never saw an employee on the beach. The all inclusive drink menu limited to about 5 cocktails to choose from and don’t change daily. The beach chair menus had other drinks how not allowed to request for all inclusive and told “menu outdated”. "
