“The room was clean, and the woman who works mornings is great. However, although check-out is at noon, a man from housekeeping knocked on my door and immediately let himself in at 9:55am to see when I would be leaving. I was standing fairly close to the door and didn't even have time to get to the doorknob before he opened it.”

“The room was clean and comfortable however the remote for TV was faulty needed to press buttons 4-5 times to get channels to move also the toilet ran. The included breakfast was sad only waffles & biscuits. Only hard boiled eggs no scrambled or omelette eggs no sausage or bacon. Biggest issue was the keycards they didn’t work very well had to get a new card made at the front desk at night”

“Only problem was the hair dryer didn't put out any hot air.”

“Hotel was overbooked (I booked a month in advance) when I arrived at 11pm with 2 small children. The front desk staff sent me to another property where the staff member was rude and said they couldn’t accommodate me. I had to go from hotel to hotel at 11pm to find a room for the night. When I finally found a room at another hotel it was more expensive but I got it since the kids were tired from traveling. The next day I went back to SpringHill where there was finally a room available but the……

“The room was very outdated and beds worn-down, the tub did not drain, it got fix during my stay. It was clean. The breakfast was ok. Its a quiet area. Good for sleeping.”
