“The location was great and the management company was extremely easy to work with. The unit does need some updates. The kitchen table and chairs were not comfortable and the carpet were pretty worn. The space was fine for 2 people and the kitchen was well equipped (except may need to get some more forks).”

“Thanks so much for a great weekend at Cannonsburg Ski Area. We were so close that we could drive back and forth with our equipment for lunch and dinner! We were comfortable, the property was clean and well maintained. The fully stocked kitchen fed our party of 13 so well! The two condos were across the hall from each other and easy to get back and forth. The neighbors were friendly and communicated politely their needs for parking.”

“The home was beautiful, spacious, clean and the beds were so comfy. I loved the king sized bed & en-suite and the extra full bathroom for the queen bedroom works well for adult couples. The kitchen was well stocked with all you would need to cook a meal and the attached garage was a bonus. I am a travel agent and will absolutely be recommending the place to any guests visiting the area. It’s only 15-20 minutes to downtown and close to the main roads, for ease. ”

“Pros: Host was great with directions for the place and parking. This location is ideal for travel downtown and is close to many of the must try restaurants. The shower was hot and had good water pressure.Not a lot of noise from the road or other people in the area (it was bitter winter when we stayed so could be very different in the summer)Cons: It was not as clean as expected(dirty dishes, towels/washcloths with hair on them, beds looked messy, shelves, crumbs in the fridge, and other areas……

“Perfect location to stay while attending a famiy wedding. Plenty of room. Home was well stocked with towels, full array of kitchen supplies, games and a few books even. Kids were hoping for better boating/swimming weather but we tried the kayaks and enjoyed the local pickleball courts. John was clear and easy to work with.”

“The owners were very nice and helpful, they were able to do our laundry and responded promptly to anything we requested. Bed was comfortable and had a good time on the lake. Would recommend their properties. Only bad things were dishes weren't the cleanest and the water had a foul odor.”

“The host was attentive, but the place was dirty, the stove didn’t work. We lost power in the kitchen. The steps were not shoveled upon arrival. The refrigerator had me clean and quite some time we found a blueberry under the chair in the living room. Just overall disappointing.”

“There were a lot of extras supplied by the host. They had toys in the laundry area, along with games and puzzles that my grandkids could play. They also supplied soaps, shampoo, etc, which I will have to keep in mind for the next time. Less to pack! Rockford unfortunately experienced 10 inches of snow, and with our early checkout, we had to shovel out. But we got a 50 dollar reimbursement, which was very kind. With all the extras, I would suggest labels on the cabinets and their content. I……
