“The ad says 5 beds, however it’s 3 bedrooms, with a sofa sleeper in the living room. We were allowed an hour grace period to check in early, when we tried to enter the home we could not open the door, luckily the window was unlocked. Upon entering it appeared clean but had an awful odor that never went away, we quickly learned we need to examine the description of rooms better. “This place was FANTASTIC! Our hostess, Sarah, went so far beyond what anyone could wish for. She was so helpful prior to arrival and upon leaving contacted us immediately that we had left some items.The home was delightfully decorated, beds were amazing, kitchen was perfect, it all appeared to be brand new in appliances including the tub/shower combo.The only thing I could wish for is more time in that adorable and comfortable place”

“The property was worn down. The furniture in the kitchen, bath and living room was stained and worn. The rugs were very dirty or so badly stained they didn’t come clean. The bedding felt unclean and the sheets were pilled. There was hair on the bedding in one bedroom. There was a smell to the property that the owner said was probably from dampness in the basement.
The house is old so some things are to be expected but not with the cleanliness and wear and tear of the furniture.
