"Went in summer, so very quiet. Staff were friendly and when the hotel power went out communication was good and prompt. The front desk was not staffed the whole time while i was there, but this may be because of the time of year i stayed here. Very close to local shops and the room was clean and modern. "This Villa is a delightful well furnished villa.There were a couple of minor issues we had, but these were resolved quickly and to our 100% satisfaction.The only negative observation we have, although it did NOT affect our visit, is the spiral staircase upto the 3rd bedroom which is rather steep and not suitable for very young or elderly guests. This bedroom lacks an en suite and would necessitate trips up and down the spiral staircase to visit the toilet. I think this might be useful to point...

"Excellent location for a relaxing trip. Spectacular views. Clean, well-stocked kitchen. The only negative was there were no flashlights or candles available during the blackout. Easy to reach attractions along the coast."

"Nice friendly people and wonderfully beautiful place. U really have everything you need. Cozy and suficiente. According to that- definitely 5of5. But they had private family visits at the same time as having us and you are quasi in the same space. So there were no real privacy. We were kind of in the middle of another family. And i was forced to wake up a couple of hours before sunrise before 6 o’clock because all of them (including a toddler) were awake and all of them were chatting around...

"I think the largest positive issue was communication. I received a Whatsapp message after booking informing me of the process for checking in, parking, getting in the room and checking out, all of which went well. I even replied to the initial message to find out what was in the apartment cooking appliance wise, and they answered almost instantly. The room was clean and tidy with all the things you could ask for from a microwave, toaster, kettle and even a coffee machine. The cutlery and plates were clean, the view was fantastic with the properties design and layout meaning everyone gets an external view (ours was of the mountains and the sunset was fantastic). The shower was very powerful and worked well, plus the bedroom was clean with plenty of spare sheets and towels. Our son used the sofa bed in the livingroom and slept well. We visited in August and it was hot, but because it was technically out of season, parking was free with lots of spaces and the area was relatively quiet. We reccomend taking the ski lift up to the top of the mountain for incredible views. We will be returning in winter and we will definitely attempt to rebook this location. It's all set up for skis and boards with external lockers that are lockable and the lockers are just outside your room, so nice, safe and in the warm."

"All the employees were very friendly, even the cleaning staff! The walls are thin so you will hear your neighbours but the amenities are beautiful. I highly recommend choosing the “all-inclusive” option for meals. The buffets were first rate and had everything labelled carefully if you have food sensitivities (like gluten intolerance or a severe nut allergy). "

"Really lovely place to stay, from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful, checking in late was no problem as they have 24 hour reception. The room was clean and well equipped. The shower was great. Air con worked perfectly. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The pool wasn't busy (stayed late May) and the grounds were varied and peaceful. Would absolutely stay here again."
