"Rooms are ok, but avoid the rrception staff and managers at all costs! They don't give a bare crap about customer needs. I was supposed to stay at them from 9 to 10 of July, and by mistake i've chosen to stay from 8 to 9. In less than 2 minutes, i've asked hotels.com to change booking, and they didn't ..."

poor voice isolation
"the bedspreads were not that clean, and i can even see some blood on them. Besides, poor sound isolation. I can here the voice from neighbors and outside clearly. But, very nice locations, both to bus station and U-bahn station."
