"The room we stayed was clean and it has big bathroom. Breakfast was included. The hotel serves lunch and dinner, but at lunch time staff was short and slow."

"I was booked in for the hotel which was close to the beach. But apparently they had two hotels which i booked was a bit far away from the beach so i had to pay extra for the one close to beach which was a superior room. The bed was two single beds attached for a superior room. But the staff told me that he will get it sorted the next day. But they didn’t. So basically as couple we had sleep in different cots. Also the air conditioning was the worse. It was very warm in the room even after bringing the air conditioning to low and the sound from the fan was horrible. I couldn’t get a proper sleep. The breakfast, the view and the soundproofed rooms were fantastic. "

"Very nice hotel with easy access to the beach. Nice pool but regardless of signs people still placed towels on sun-beds and then left for extended periods. Great choice for breakfast with both hot and cold options. No parking at the hotel but ample free public parking close by."

From arrival, the reception team — Francisco, Miguel, Francisca and Nadia — were warm, professional and welcoming. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with all staff providing friendly, attentive service, in particular Mona and Margarida alongside a great selection of food. We spent a lot of time at the pool bar and restaurant, where Helder, Pedro and Samuel created a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere with excellent service. The beautiful Acosta beach restaurant was another standout, with Ricardo, Valdir, Paulo and Jessica delivering a superb dining experience in a stunning setting. What really stood out was the consistency — every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional and a true asset to the Domes brand. Thank you to the whole team for such an enjoyable stay — we hope to return soon! "
