Only room with a window air conditioner. So noisy couldn't hear tv. Couldn't sleep with it on. Floors-looked like and felt like cheap peel and stick tiles. Sink wasn't just outside the bathroom, there was a good sized area of wasted space between with shelfs of snacks to purchase, a safe and an ice bucket. It served it's purpose but $500 a night? Definitely not worth the price.

Ease of walking to downtown Jackson stores, restaurants, and other sights, as well as minimal congestion in driving out of town to the National Parks, were important considerations for us, in this regard The Alpine House was a perfect choice in terms of location. We found all members of the staff to be kind and helpful. The hotel offers a delicious made-to-order breakfast (recommend the French Toast). While we would have liked a little more space in our room to hang our clothes, and position our suitcases, this was a minor issue, we did not go to Jackson to stay in our hotel room. Overall, we had a pleasant time and would readily stay at The Alpine House again.
