7.6/10 Good! (401 reviews)
Staff were all nice and well trained. I booked a stay for a solo business trip. I got a letter through my door advising I must leave by 10am and if I wanted to stay inside the hotel it would cost me an extra £70? ... just felt like I could not stay and do work on my laptop as I usually would - I would not stay again for a business trip as made things difficult for me.

"Nice hotel in a great location. Not too far away to walk into the city, and bus stops nearby as well if you dont feel like walking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice enough, only gripe was the air con wasnt great, so room was quite warm at times."

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,003 reviews)
"Great room and good outside space. TH only real issue was the Wi-Fi, it did not work at all in our room and 4/5g did not work either. Shame as needed for work. If wi-fi worked in the room it would have been 5 out of 5"
