"Room was very clean, but very old. Our room definitely needs upgrades. Bed was comfortable and clean, the accessories, bathroom, old lamps, plug covers all need upgrading. Check in staff very nice and helpful regarding local restaurants. Appreciated having a shuttle to the airport at 6 am. "

"The check in was very quick. However, no information was offered to direct me to my room or parking. The room was definitely no frills, which I expected based on the price. The linens and towels were clean, but there were blue drip streaks in the tub that washed away as soon as the water came on. The toilet bowl had no water in it, which was strange and later caused plumbing issues. Maintenance never responded to our plumbing problem, even after 2 hours. Our door didn't close properly. It didn't catch unless given considerable force. We came back from being gone all day, and because of that issue, the maid service did not shut it correctly. I was able to just push the door open without a key. The bath fan did not work, so the bathroom stayed "drippy" after a shower for several hours, even with propping the doors open. Upon checking out, I got a "you're good to go". A little personality and appreciation for my business would have been appreciated, especially since we didn't make a fuss about the door being unlocked, and we just went and took a plunger off a cart and maintained the room ourselves "

"We didnt stay there as the carpet in the room was with molds and they claimed that its wet from cleaning we couldn't breath there we were trying to open the windows and we we couldn't we left they told us a full refund and we moved to a different place "

"The photos certainly do not match the hotel’s condition. This was probably the nastiest place I’ve ever stayed and honestly, had I not been with 2 other people I would not have felt safe enough to stay the night. Also, the beds were hard as a rock and the linens smelled bad. It really was awful all around. We got out very early in the morning. Terrible. "
