“Hi Expedia I have stayed at vacation village resorts for over 10 years and this year was the worst . They assigned me to one of their other buildings that I have never stayed at but it was pool view which I paid for to have a nice view which the view was very nice. But most importantly the room itself was very dirty and had a musty smell I called the front desk the next morning to let them know front desk was very helpful they sent cleaners up to clean the room again but when we got back to the……

“It was an apartment complex. The picture showed a second story unit but it was not.
It was clean but that was it.
A nice coffee and tea selection without a coffee pot…. What’s the point of paying for a unit with a full kitchen when you can’t even make coffee. A small TV that wouldn’t turn on. Old vertical blondes that didn’t function 100%…..
I was very surprised that the bathroom had a used shampoo, conditioner and body wash. For a minute I thought I was in China!
