“We were very disappointed to discover that this resort does not offer complimentary late check out - even as an Expedia VIP members, and as it is, check in is at 4pm instead of 3pm like at other resorts. Check out is at 10am or you have to pay a fee to stay until 12pm. We travel a lot and have NEVER encountered that. In addition, we had to change rooms, because the toilet seat was loose (missing a screw) and the a/c was weak. The walls are also paper thin, and you can hear everything the……
